I’m so thrilled to welcome you to our growing community of mamas and littles. At Mom & Me Academy, we offer a wide range of classes—from Prenatal to School Age—as well as special events like Moms’ Nights Out, Infant First Aid, Infant Sign Language, and Photo Sessions. We also host our free Coffee & Connects every Thursday—a relaxed way to meet fellow local moms, share stories, and build friendships over a warm cup of coffee. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where both moms and children can be exactly who they are, every step of the way through motherhood and childhood.

Mom & Me Academy began in the early days of my own postpartum journey, when I quickly realized how powerful and comforting it is to connect with other moms going through similar experiences.

This all started with $5 beaded “Mama” bracelets at Henderson—and thanks to your support, it's blossomed into something truly special: a vibrant, welcoming, and empowering community.

A little about me:
I’m a proud mama to a 1.5-year-old little boy who is truly my whole world (something I only fully understood once I became a mom myself). We love traveling as a family—mostly camping trips around beautiful BC, with a few bigger adventures here and there. I’m also a huge Disney fan and hope to raise a little Disney lover too! With a background in Education, I’ve always loved teaching, and this journey has allowed me to combine that passion with my love for creating fun, meaningful experiences for both moms and their little ones.
